The bridge is well-marked and easily accessible by car.

From Bacolod City, take a bus from the North Bus Terminal to Talisay City. The fare is approximately 20-30 PHP. Once you arrive at the Talisay City terminal, you can take a local tricycle (fare about 15-20 PHP) directly to Minuluan Bridge.
