Car
If you are driving from Cebu City, take the Cebu North Road (also known as N. Bacalso Ave) heading north. Continue on this road for about 1.5 hours until you reach the town of Borbon. Once in Borbon, look for signs directing you to Estrobo. The park is located at U, Estrobo, Dante, Borbon, Cebu. Make sure to have a GPS or map app handy to navigate to the exact coordinates: 10.8419529, 124.0332386.

Public Transportation
From Cebu City, head to the North Bus Terminal and board a bus heading to the northern towns of Cebu (like Maya, Danao, or Hagnaya). Inform the bus conductor that you are going to Borbon, and they will drop you off at the bus stop in Borbon. From the bus stop, you can take a tricycle or a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to reach Silmugi River Park located at U, Estrobo, Dante, Borbon, Cebu. The tricycle ride should cost around PHP 20-50, depending on the distance.
