Once you reach Dumaguete, continue driving north on the coastal road until you reach the town of Guihulngan City. Look for the road signs for Guihulngan - Isabela - Hinigaran Rd and follow them. The Enchanted River is located at 45CC+Q43, just off this road.

Public Transportation

From Cebu City, take a bus heading to Dumaguete. The bus fare is typically between 200 to 300 PHP. Once you arrive in Dumaguete, transfer to a bus or a van bound for Guihulngan City. The fare for this leg of the journey will be around 50 to 100 PHP. Upon arrival in Guihulngan City, you can hire a tricycle or a local jeepney that will take you directly to the Enchanted River. The fare for the tricycle is around 20 to 50 PHP per person.
