If you are driving from Cebu City, head south on the Cebu South Road. Follow signs for Bato and take the ferry from Cebu to Negros Oriental. Once you reach Dumaguete, continue driving north on the coastal road until you reach the town of Guihulngan City. Look for the road signs for Guihulngan - Isabela - Hinigaran Rd and follow them. The Enchanted River is located at 45CC+Q43, just off this road.

From Cebu City, take a bus heading to Dumaguete. The bus fare is typically between 200 to 300 PHP. Once you arrive in Dumaguete, transfer to a bus or a van bound for Guihulngan City. The fare for this leg of the journey will be around 50 to 100 PHP. Upon arrival in Guihulngan City, you can hire a tricycle or a local jeepney that will take you directly to the Enchanted River. The fare for the tricycle is around 20 to 50 PHP per person.
