The last part of the journey will include a short drive on dirt roads. Make sure your vehicle is suitable for such terrain.

Public Transportation

From Iloilo City, take a van or a bus heading to Igbaras. Buses and vans depart frequently from the Jaro area. The fare is approximately 50-70 PHP. Once you arrive in Igbaras, you may need to hire a local tricycle to take you close to Butuan Falls, which may cost around 100-150 PHP depending on your negotiation. The tricycle ride will take you through some scenic rural areas. Be sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest access point to Butuan Falls.
