If you are driving from Iloilo City, head southwest on Diversion Road towards the southern part of the city. Continue onto the Iloilo-Antique Road (also known as the national highway) for about 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Igbaras. Once in Igbaras, look for signage leading to Barangay Guiritsan. The last stretch involves a rough road leading to the falls, so be cautious. Parking is available near the entrance to the trail leading to Guiritsan Falls.

From Iloilo City, take a jeepney heading to Igbaras. The fare is approximately PHP 30-40. Make sure to tell the driver you are going to Igbaras, and ask to be dropped off at the town center. Once you arrive in Igbaras, you may need to take a tricycle (fare around PHP 20-30) to Barangay Guiritsan, where you can then start your trek to the falls. Note: The last part of the journey from Barangay Guiritsan to the falls will require a hike, which can be challenging.
