If you are driving from Iloilo City proper, head north on Jalandoni Street until you reach the intersection with E. Lopez Street. Turn left onto E. Lopez Street and continue for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see a sign for Mandurriao on your right. Turn right onto Mandurriao Road and continue straight for approximately 2 kilometers. Once you reach the Casa de Emperador Festive Walk Parade, look for ILOMOCA, which is located at PG9X+875. There is parking available nearby.

To reach ILOMOCA via public transportation, you can take a jeepney from the city center. Look for jeepneys heading towards Mandurriao; these are usually marked with 'Mandurriao' on the front. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Casa de Emperador Festive Walk Parade, alight and walk towards the designated address PG9X+875. The museum is within walking distance from the jeepney drop-off point.
