If you are driving, start from Iloilo City. Take the Iloilo-Capiz Road (also known as the Panay North Road) heading northwest. Continue for about 40 kilometers until you reach the junction for Patnongon. Turn left onto the Patnongon Road and drive for another 20 kilometers. Follow the signs leading to Patnongon town center, then continue for approximately 5 kilometers until you arrive at the Lipunto Range located at V2MF+WC8, Patnongon, Antique. Make sure to have cash on hand for any toll fees along the route.

From Iloilo City, head to the Molo Terminal where you can catch a bus heading to Patnongon. The bus ride will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon reaching Patnongon, disembark at the town center. From the town center, you can hire a local tricycle or motorela for around PHP 50-100 to take you to the Lipunto Range. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your ride.
