Car
From Iloilo City, take the road to Dumangas and continue on Route 2 towards Capiz. Follow the signs towards Roxas City. Once in Roxas, head towards Dumalag. You will find Suhot Cave and Spring at the location marked 7JR9+VR in Dumalag. There is a parking area nearby.
Public Transportation
From Iloilo City, take a bus bound for Roxas City (approximately 3 hours). Once you arrive in Roxas City, transfer to a van or bus going to Dumalag (about 30 minutes). Inform the driver you want to go to Suhot Cave and Spring, and they will drop you off at the nearest point. From there, it may require a short walk to reach the entrance.
Motorcycle or Tricycle
If you are in Dumalag, you can hire a motorcycle (habal-habal) or a tricycle to take you directly to Suhot Cave and Spring. The fare should be negotiated beforehand, typically around PHP 50-100 depending on the distance from the town center.
