If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Ustrzyki Dolne, which is a central point in the Bieszczady Mountains. Head southeast on DK84 for approximately 16 kilometers. Look for signs directing you towards Czerwony szlak. You will eventually reach an unnamed road that leads into the mountainous area. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you arrive at the parking area near the trailhead. Note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around 10 PLN per day.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Ustrzyki Dolne to the nearest village, which is Komańcza. Buses run several times a day, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Komańcza, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to take you to the Czerwony szlak trailhead. The taxi ride will cost approximately 30-50 PLN, depending on the negotiation and distance.

For adventurous travelers, from Komańcza, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the trailhead. The distance is about 6 kilometers, and it will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours on foot.
