Car
If you're driving, start from Zakopane, which is a major town in the Tatra Mountains. Head east on Droga 47 (the main road) for approximately 15 km. Look for signs to Morskie Oko, a popular lake and hiking destination. Turn onto the road leading to the Morskie Oko car park (P1). There is a parking fee of around 30 PLN for the day. From the car park, follow the well-marked trail towards Morskie Oko, which will take about 30-40 minutes. Once at Morskie Oko, continue along the trail towards Czarny Staw under Rysy, which will take another 1.5-2 hours of moderate hiking.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Zakopane, take a bus from the main bus station to Palenica Białczańska, the starting point for the Morskie Oko trail. Buses run frequently and the fare is approximately 10-15 PLN. Once you arrive at Palenica Białczańska, follow the signs to the Morskie Oko trailhead. The hike from there to Morskie Oko takes about 30-40 minutes. After reaching Morskie Oko, continue hiking along the path that leads to Czarny Staw under Rysy, which will take another 1.5-2 hours.
