If you're driving to Morskie Oko from Zakopane, take Dolna Rowien Krupowa Street from the center of Zakopane. Follow the signs for 'Droga do Morskiego Oka' (Road to Morskie Oko). You'll drive for about 30 minutes on a well-marked road. The last part of the road is a toll road, so have some cash ready. Park in the designated parking area near the entrance to the trail, as private vehicles are not allowed to go further.

To reach Morskie Oko by public transport, start at the main bus station in Zakopane. Take bus number 11 (or a minibus) towards Palenica Białczańska. The bus ride takes about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the last stop, Palenica Białczańska. From there, follow the marked trail (approximately 2 hours walk) to Morskie Oko. The trail is well-maintained, and you'll enjoy beautiful views along the way.
