Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Old Town Square (Rynek Starego Miasta), walk towards the Royal Castle (Zamek Królewski) which is located at the north end of the square. Head up Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, passing various shops and cafes. Once you reach the castle, the entrance to the Royal Castle Gardens is located right behind the castle. Look for the large gates that lead into the gardens.

  • Public Transport - Tram

    If you are near the Central Station (Dworzec Centralny), take tram line 10 or 26 towards 'Kondratowicza'. Get off at 'Plac Zamkowy' stop. From there, walk straight towards the Royal Castle, which will be directly in front of you. The gardens are located at the back of the castle, so continue walking past the castle to find the entrance to the gardens.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    From the Palace of Culture and Science, take bus line 175 towards 'Wilanów'. Get off at the 'Krakowskie Przedmieście' stop. From there, walk towards the Royal Castle, which should be clearly visible. Continue walking to the back of the castle to access the Royal Castle Gardens.
