From the center of Śródmieście, head northeast on ul. Włodkowica toward ul. Słowiańska. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with ul. Zygmunta Wróblewskiego. Turn left onto ul. Zygmunta Wróblewskiego, and follow this road for about 15 minutes. You will see the entrance to ZOO Wrocław on your right at Zygmunta Wróblewskiego 1-5.

If you prefer to take public transportation, head to the nearest tram stop (e.g., 'Ostrów Tumski' or 'Mosty Pomorskie'). Take tram line 1 or 2 towards 'Złotniki' or 'Księże Małe'. Get off at the 'ZOO' tram stop. The zoo entrance is just a short walk of about 5 minutes from the stop, following the signs to Zygmunta Wróblewskiego 1-5.
