Getting There

• By Car

  If you're driving from any location in Alentejo, head towards Tomar. Take the A23 highway towards Tomar and exit at junction 18. Follow the signs for Tomar. Once in the city, navigate to Rua Parque where Park Mouchão is located. There is free parking available nearby, but be mindful of any parking restrictions.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  For those using public transportation, check the bus schedules from major Alentejo cities such as Évora or Beja to Tomar. Rede Expressos operates services from Évora to Tomar. Once you arrive at Tomar bus station, it is approximately a 15-minute walk to Park Mouchão. Head north on Rua da Liberdade and then turn right onto Rua Parque. The park will be on your left.

• Taxi or Ride-Sharing

  If you prefer a more direct route upon arriving in Tomar, consider using a taxi or ride-sharing service. Taxis are available at Tomar's bus station, and you can also use apps like Bolt or Uber if they are operating in the area. The fare should be relatively inexpensive, typically around €5-€10 depending on your starting point.

• Walking

  Once you are in Tomar, Park Mouchão is easily accessible by foot. From the city center, it’s a pleasant walk of about 20 minutes. Head towards Rua da Liberdade, then turn right onto Rua Parque. The park is located at Rua Parque, 2300-586 Tomar. This route allows you to enjoy the scenic views of the city as you make your way to the park.
