Public Transport
From the Aveiro city center, head to the Aveiro train station (Estação de Aveiro). You can walk there in about 15 minutes from the Praça da República. Once at the station, take a train towards the town of Águeda. The journey takes about 15 minutes. After arriving at the Águeda train station, exit the station and look for the bus stop nearby. Take a local bus (Bus Line 4 or 5) heading towards the Moinhos de Gavinhos area. The bus will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'R. Serra' stop, and from there, it is a short walk to your destination at R. Serra 14.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from the city center, start at the Praça da República. Head southeast on Rua de João Mendonça, then turn onto Rua de Cândido dos Reis. Continue straight until you reach the R. de São Paulo and turn left. Follow this road until you get to the R. da Liberdade, where you will turn right. Continue straight and cross the bridge over the canal, then turn left onto R. do Comércio. Follow this road, and you will eventually reach R. Serra. Your destination at R. Serra 14 will be on your left. The walk will take about 45 minutes.
Bicycle
You can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Aveiro. Once you have a bike, start from the city center and head towards the canal promenade. Follow the bike path along the canal, and continue until you reach the main road towards Águeda. Make sure to use the bike lane and follow the signs to Moinhos de Gavinhos. The ride should take around 25-30 minutes, and you will enjoy the scenic views along the way. Park your bicycle at the nearby designated area when you arrive at R. Serra 14.
