Car
If you are driving from Ponta Delgada, head north on the EN1-1A road towards Ribeira Grande. Continue on the EN1-1A for approximately 20 minutes (about 25 km). Once you reach Ribeira Grande, follow the signs towards the 'Centro' and then take the R. do Palheiro road. The Miradouro do Palheiro will be on your left, just beyond the local gardens. Parking is available near the viewpoint.

From Ponta Delgada, take the bus line 'Ribeira Grande' (line 1) operated by local transport services. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Ribeira Grande Centro' stop. From there, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take a taxi. If walking, head towards R. do Palheiro, following the signs toward the Miradouro. Please check the local bus schedule ahead of time for accurate timings and potential costs, which are typically around €2-€3 for a one-way ticket.
