After arriving at Porto's Campanhã station, transfer to the Metro Line A (the blue line) towards Senhor de Matosinhos. Get off at the São Bento station. From there, exit the station and walk towards the Ribeira area. Follow the signs to the river, and you will eventually reach Calçada de Vandoma in the Ribeira district.
