Walking
From the central Praça da República in Braga, head east on Avenida da Liberdade. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Avenida da Estação. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua de São Paulo. Walk straight along this road for about 1 kilometer, passing by shops and cafes. Once you reach the junction with Rua de D. João IV, turn left and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. The Museu Arqueológico will be on your right, just after you cross the intersection with Rua da Misericórdia.

Take Bus Line 1 from the main bus station in Braga towards Barcelos. The bus departs frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop ‘Barcelos - Museu Arqueológico’. Once you exit, the museum is just a short walk down the street.
