If you are in the center of Braga, head towards Avenida da Liberdade. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout at Praça da República. From there, take the exit towards Rua do Raio. Continue walking straight along Rua do Raio until you reach a fork. Keep left and follow Rua da Conceição, which will lead you to the outskirts of Braga. The Paço de Giela is located in Giela, approximately 20 minutes from the center. Look for signs directing you towards Giela as you walk.

From the central bus station in Braga, take bus line 18 towards Giela. The bus departs every 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Paço de Giela'. The ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you get off the bus, the Paço de Giela will be a short 5-minute walk. Head straight on the main road and look for the castle on your right.

If you're renting a bicycle, start from the center of Braga and head towards Avenida da Liberdade. Continue straight until reaching Praça da República.
