From the central area of Caldas da Rainha, head towards Rua da Liberdade and walk straight until you reach the main square, Praça da Fruta. Continue walking straight onto Avenida 1 de Maio. Follow the signs towards the train station, Estação da CP. At the train station, take a train towards Peniche, which runs several times a day. Once you arrive at the Peniche train station, exit and head to the bus stop located just outside the station. Take the local bus to Baleal Beach. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Baleal stop, and you will see Baleal Beach just a short walk away.

From Caldas da Rainha, walk to the bus station located at Avenida da Liberdade. Look for the bus service that goes directly to Peniche. The bus ride typically takes around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Peniche, look for the local bus to Baleal Beach. This will be marked clearly at the bus station. The local bus will take about 15 minutes to reach Baleal. Get off at the Baleal stop, and you will be just a few minutes away from the beach.
