From the center of Caldas da Rainha, walk to the main bus station, Terminal Rodoviário. Look for buses to Fátima, which are typically labeled with the destination on their front. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Fátima bus station, and from there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Chapel of the Apparitions. Head southeast on Av. Beato Nuno, then turn left onto Cova de Iria. Continue straight until you reach the chapel.

Walk to the Caldas da Rainha train station, which is a short distance from the city center. Take a train to either Leiria or Santarém, and then transfer to a bus heading to Fátima. Once you arrive at the Fátima bus station, walk southeast on Av. Beato Nuno, then turn left onto Cova de Iria. Continue straight until you reach the chapel, which is located at the end of the street.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to explore, you can walk to Fátima from Caldas da Rainha. It's about a 12 km journey, which will take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours on foot. Head out of Caldas da Rainha towards the N114 road and follow it north. You'll eventually see signs directing you to Fátima. Make sure to stay on the sidewalks and be cautious of traffic.
