Getting There

Walking
Start at the central square of Caldas da Rainha, Praça da República. Head northwest towards the Rua de José Malhoa. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street and turn left onto Rua do Hospital. Walk straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida 1º de Maio. Turn right onto Avenida 1º de Maio and walk for approximately 400 meters. You will pass a few local shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the signage directing you to Ermida de São Sebastião. As you continue, look for the signs and arrows pointing to the chapel. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will see the chapel on your left, situated on a small hill. The entrance will be visible with a pathway leading up to it.

Public Transport (Bus)
Begin at the Caldas da Rainha bus station, which is located near the city center. Look for the local bus service that goes towards the direction of 'Ermida de São Sebastião'. You may need to check the bus schedule at the station for the correct route. Once you board the bus, stay on until the stop closest to Ermida de São Sebastião. Exit the bus and follow the posted signs directing you to the chapel. It will be a short walk from the bus stop to the entrance of the chapel.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at the central Praça da República. Head northwest along Rua de José Malhoa. Continue onto Rua do Hospital and then turn right onto Avenida 1º de Maio. Cycle straight for about 1 km until you see signs for Ermida de São Sebastião. The route is mostly flat, making it easy to navigate. Once you reach the chapel area, park your bicycle in the designated area and walk up the path to the entrance.
