Walking
If you are near the main square, Praça da República, start by facing the fountain in the center of the square. Head southwest towards Rua José Pedro Lopes. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Rua de Camões. Turn right onto Rua de Camões and walk for another 200 meters. You will see the Chafariz das Cinco Bicas on your left, located in a small park area. The historical landmark is easily recognizable by its five spouts and beautiful tile work.

From Caldas da Rainha's bus station (Terminal Rodoviário), take the local bus that heads towards the city center. Disembark at the stop nearest to Praça da República. From there, follow the directions provided for walking from the main square to Chafariz das Cinco Bicas, which is about a 10-minute walk.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Parque Dom Carlos I, a central park in Caldas da Rainha. Exit the park onto Avenida 1º de Maio and head south. Continue straight, passing by the Mercado Municipal. After approximately 800 meters, turn left onto Rua José Pedro Lopes and then right onto Rua de Camões. Chafariz das Cinco Bicas will be on your left after a short ride.
