    From Caldas da Rainha, head to the main bus station located at Rua 1º de Maio. Look for the bus to Foz do Arelho, which is operated by the company 'Rodoviária do Tejo'. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Once the bus arrives in Foz do Arelho, get off at the main stop in the village. From there, you can easily walk down to the beach area, which is just a 10-minute walk away.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Caldas da Rainha. Start on Avenida 1º de Maio heading west towards Rua do Mercado. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto N114. Follow this road for about 7 km, which will lead you directly to Foz do Arelho. The ride takes roughly 30-40 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views along the way.
