From the center of Caldas da Rainha, head to the main bus station located at Praça 25 de Abril. You can take the bus number 104 or 105 heading towards Óbidos. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Disembark at the stop named 'Lagoa de Óbidos'. From the bus stop, walk straight towards the lagoon, which will be visible ahead. The walk to the actual lagoon should take around 5 minutes.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Caldas da Rainha. Start from the central area and head northwest towards Rua de Óbidos. Follow signs for the bike path leading to the lagoon. The distance is about 9 kilometers and should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace. You’ll enjoy scenic views along the way.
