From Caldas da Rainha, head to the bus station located at Avenida 1º de Maio. You can find it easily as it is near the center of town. Look for the signs indicating 'Rodoviária' or ask a local if you need assistance. Purchase a ticket to Nazaré, which costs around 5 euros. Buses to Nazaré run frequently, approximately every hour. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Nazaré bus station, exit the station and walk straight along Avenida da República for about 10 minutes until you reach Avenida Vieira Guimarães. The Mercado Municipal da Nazaré will be on your left.

Train and Bus
Start at the Caldas da Rainha train station, located at Rua 1º de Maio. You will take a train to either the Leiria or Valado dos Frades station. Check the schedule for train times, as they run hourly. Once you arrive at either station, look for the bus service to Nazaré. The bus stop is usually located near the train station. Purchase your ticket (around 3 euros) and take the bus to Nazaré. Upon arrival, walk straight along Avenida da República, then turn left onto Avenida Vieira Guimarães. The Mercado Municipal da Nazaré will be on your left.

If you are already in Nazaré, you can walk to the Mercado Municipal da Nazaré. Start from the beach area, walking towards the main road, Avenida da República. Head north along this avenue for about 15 minutes until you reach Avenida Vieira Guimarães. Turn left and the market will be on your left side. It’s a pleasant walk with plenty of local shops and cafes along the way.
