Look for bus lines heading towards Nadadouro or Lagoa de Óbidos. The trip should take approximately 20-30 minutes. After arriving in Nadadouro, exit the bus and walk towards the Lagoa de Óbidos, which is a short distance from the bus stop. Follow the signs towards the lagoon, and you will find the Stand up Paddle location along the shore.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk to Lagoa de Óbidos from Caldas da Rainha, start by heading northwest on Rua de José Malhoa. Continue straight until you reach Avenida 1º de Maio. From there, turn left and follow the road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Estrada da Praia. Continue walking for about 4 km until you reach Nadadouro.
