From the center of Caldas da Rainha, walk to the bus station located at Avenida 1º de Maio. Take the bus to Salir do Porto, which is approximately a 25-minute ride. Ensure you check the bus schedule beforehand as it may vary. Once you arrive at Salir do Porto, exit the bus and walk towards the main road. Head south on Rua da Liberdade, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Igreja. Turn left onto Rua da Igreja, and you'll soon see Capela de Santa Ana on your right.

If you prefer to walk, start from the main square of Caldas da Rainha, Praça da República. Head west on Rua das Figueiras until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Avenida da Liberdade. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bus station. From there, you can take the bus to Salir do Porto as detailed above, or if you're feeling adventurous, you can continue walking along the scenic coastal route, which will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.
