From Cascais, head to the Cascais train station, which is located in the city center. Purchase a ticket to Lisbon. The train ride takes approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival at Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon, exit the station and head towards the river. Follow the signs towards Rua do Cais do Sodré, then turn left onto Rua da Ribeira Nova. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront area.
Bus
From Cascais, walk to the bus stop at Av. 25 de Abril, which is near the Cascais Marina. Board the bus number 403 or 416, which will take you to Lisbon. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive in Lisbon, get off at the stop near Praça do Comércio. From there, walk towards the river, and follow the waterfront until you reach Campo das Cebolas, which is just a short walk away.
