Getting There

  • Train

    From Cascais, head to the Cascais train station located in the town center. Purchase a ticket to Lisbon (Lisboa). Board the train heading towards Cais do Sodré. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré station, exit the station and follow the signs to the Metro.

    At Cais do Sodré, take the green line (Linha Verde) towards Telheiras. Travel for 4 stops and get off at Baixa-Chiado station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Rua do Ouro and head towards the Rua Nova do Almada.

  • Walking

    From Rua Nova do Almada, continue straight until you reach Praça do Comércio. Once there, turn left and walk along the riverfront until you reach Rua dos Bacalhoeiros. Casa dos Bicos will be located at number 10 on your right. It is a distinctive building with a unique facade, easy to spot.

    Alternatively, from the Baixa-Chiado station, you can take the bus number 728 from the Praça do Comércio. Get off at the stop 'Rua da Conceição', which is a short walk to Casa dos Bicos. From the bus stop, head towards Rua dos Bacalhoeiros, and you will find the location at number 10.
