From Cascais train station, purchase a ticket to Lisbon. Board the train heading to Cais do Sodré. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré station, exit and walk towards Praça do Comércio. From there, you can either take tram 15E towards Algés or walk to Praça da Figueira.

Head to the Cascais bus station and take bus number 403 towards Lisbon. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Get off at the 'Praça da Figueira' stop. From there, it's a short walk to R. de São João da Praça 53. Head southeast on Praça da Figueira, then turn right onto R. da Conceição and continue straight until you reach R. de São João da Praça.

If you prefer walking, you can take a scenic route along the coast. Start at the Cascais Marina and walk along the waterfront promenade towards Lisbon. This will take you approximately 1.5 hours. Once you reach Lisbon, head towards the Alfama district and look for signs directing you to R. de São João da Praça. It's a beautiful walk, and you will enjoy views of the Tagus River.
