Train
From Cascais train station, board the train towards Lisbon. Make sure to get a ticket at the ticket machine or counter before boarding. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon, exit the station and head towards the street called Rua do Arsenal.
Walking
From Cais do Sodré station, walk straight along Rua do Arsenal until you reach the waterfront. Turn left and follow the waterfront promenade for about 10 minutes until you reach Praça do Comércio. From there, head up Rua da Prata, and then turn right onto Rua do Carmo. Continue walking until you reach Chiado, where you will find your destination.
Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, from Cascais, take bus number 403 towards Lisbon. The bus will take you to the city center. Get off at the stop called 'Rossio'. From there, you can walk to Chiado by heading down Rua 1º de Dezembro, which will lead you to the area.
Taxi
You can also take a taxi directly from Cascais to Chiado. Just tell the driver to take you to Chiado in Lisbon. The ride will take around 30 minutes depending on traffic.
