If you're starting from the Cascais train station, exit the station and head towards the main street, Av. 25 de Abril. Turn right and walk straight until you reach the first roundabout. From there, take the first exit onto Av. Dom Carlos I. Continue walking along this avenue, enjoying the ocean views on your left. After about 15 minutes, you will see the entrance to the Citadel Art District on your right, marked by the Fortress Nossa Senhora da Luz de Cascais.

From Cascais town center, find the bus stop near the Cascais Municipal Market. You can take the bus number 403 towards 'Estoril'. After about 5 minutes, get off at the 'Cidadela' stop. Once you get off, walk towards the sea and follow Av. Dom Carlos I to your left, and the Citadel Art District will be on your right in a few minutes.
