Train
From Sintra, walk to the Sintra train station (Estação de Sintra), which is about a 10-minute walk from the town center. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Lisbon. The train ride to Lisbon takes approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival at Lisbon's Rossio train station, exit the station and head to the nearby metro (subway) station. Take the Blue Line (Linha Azul) towards Santa Apolónia. After two stops, get off at the Cais do Sodré station. From there, walk towards the waterfront and follow the signs to Doca de Santo Amaro, which is about a 15-minute walk along the riverfront.

From Sintra, you can take the Scotturb bus number 403 towards Lisbon. You can find the bus stop near the Sintra train station. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Cascais' bus stop (Cais do Sodré). From there, walk towards the waterfront, following signs for Doca de Santo Amaro, which is about a 15-minute walk along the riverfront.
