Once you arrive at the Foz do Lizandro stop, disembark and walk towards the beach, which is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

Continue walking along the shoreline for about 4 kilometers (approximately 50 minutes). Follow the signs to the beach, and you will reach Foz do Lizandro.
