Start at the Cascais train station. Exit the station and head towards the main street, Avenida Dom Carlos I. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rua Dr. José Nunes. Turn right onto Rua Dr. José Nunes and continue walking. Follow the road as it curves left into Largo das Grutas. Continue until you see the entrance to Grutas do Poço Velho on your right. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
