Walking
If you're in the center of Cascais, start by heading towards the Cascais train station (Estação de Cascais). From the train station, walk straight along the Avenida da República. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Avenida Dom Carlos I. Keep walking until you reach the Cascais Marina. From the marina, take a bus or train to Lisbon. Once you arrive in Lisbon, navigate towards the Jardim do Torel. You can take the Metro (Blue Line) from the Rossio station to Avenida, and then it's a short walk. Exit the station and head up the Avenida da Liberdade. Continue straight until you reach the R. Júlio de Andrade, where the Jardim do Torel is located.

From Cascais, make your way to the Cascais train station. Purchase a ticket to Lisbon (Lisboa) and board the train heading towards Cais do Sodré. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, exit the station and head towards the Rua do Arsenal. Walk straight until you reach the Praça do Comércio. From there, you can either take the Metro (Blue Line) to Avenida station or continue walking through the city. If you choose the Metro, disembark at Avenida and walk up the Avenida da Liberdade to R.
