From Cascais station, take the train towards Lisbon. The train departs frequently, approximately every 20 minutes. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Oriente' station. After exiting the station, you'll find the MEO Arena (Rossio dos Olivais) just a short 5-minute walk straight ahead.
