Walking
If you are starting from the Cascais train station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Avenida 25 de Abril). Turn right and walk along Avenida 25 de Abril until you reach Praça 5 de Outubro, a small square with a fountain. From there, continue straight onto Rua do Comércio, which will take you through the charming streets of Cascais. As you walk, enjoy the local shops and cafes. Keep walking until you reach Rua Fernandes Thomás. Turn right onto Rua Fernandes Thomás. Palacete Seixas will be on your left at number 2.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Cascais train station, exit and look for the bus stop located nearby. Take bus number 403 or any local bus that heads towards the center of Cascais. Get off at the stop named 'Cascais Centro.' Once you get off, walk straight towards Praça 5 de Outubro, then follow Rua do Comércio until you reach Rua Fernandes Thomás. Turn right and walk until you find Palacete Seixas at number 2 on your left.

If you are at the beach (Praia da Rainha), walk towards Avenida da República. Turn left and walk along the avenue until you reach the intersection with Rua do Comércio. Turn right onto Rua do Comércio and continue walking until you reach Praça 5 de Outubro. From there, turn onto Rua Fernandes Thomás and walk until you reach Palacete Seixas at number 2 on your left.
