Walking
If you're starting from the Cascais city center, head south towards the waterfront along Avenida Valbom. Continue straight until you reach the Cascais Marina. From there, follow the signs leading towards Boca do Inferno, a popular cliff area. As you reach Boca do Inferno, take the path that leads you towards the coast. Continue walking along the coast on the promenade, following the direction of the ocean until you reach Poça Beach. The beach is located just beyond the cliffs and has clear signs pointing you towards it.

From the Cascais Train Station, take bus number 403 or 414 towards Estoril. You will want to get off at the 'Praia da Poça' stop. Once you disembark the bus, follow the signs towards the beach. It’s a short walk down a path that leads directly to Poça Beach.

If you're renting a bicycle in Cascais, head towards the coastal bike path that runs parallel to the water. Follow the bike path going towards Estoril. As you approach Estoril, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Poça Beach. The ride is scenic and will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed.
