If you're in the center of Cascais, start at the Cascais Town Hall (Câmara Municipal de Cascais) located at Praça 5 de Outubro. Head south towards the coast on Avenida Dom Carlos I. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida Rei Humberto II de Itália. This will lead you towards the beach area. Walk along the promenade, enjoying the views of the Atlantic Ocean. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Poça Beach (Praia da Poça), which is located on your left hand side. Look for the beach entrance near the small cliff formation.

From Cascais train station, take the bus number 403, which heads towards Praia do Guincho. Get off at the 'Praia da Poça' bus stop. The journey will take around 10-15 minutes. Once you disembark, walk towards the beach entrance, which will be a short walk from the bus stop.
