From Lisbon city center, head to the Praça do Comércio. Look for the bus stop nearby and take bus number 207 towards 'Setúbal'. Stay on the bus for about 50 minutes until you reach the 'Portinho da Arrábida' stop. Once you get off, follow the signs towards the beach area, which is just a short walk away.

Train and Bus
Start at the Cais do Sodré train station in Lisbon. Take the train to Setúbal, which takes around 50 minutes. From Setúbal station, exit and find the bus terminal right outside. Take bus number 500 towards 'Praia da Figueirinha'. The bus ride will take approximately 25 minutes, and then disembark at the 'Portinho da Arrábida' stop. Follow the signs to the beach.

Ferry and Bus
Begin at the Cais do Sodré ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Troia, which takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Troia, look for the bus stop and catch bus number 579 towards 'Setúbal'. After a 15-minute ride, get off at the 'Portinho da Arrábida' stop. From there, it's a short walk to the beach.
