From Cascais center, walk to the Cascais Bus Station located near the Cascais train station. Look for the bus line that goes to 'Arrábida' or 'Sesimbra'. Buses typically depart every 30 minutes. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride until you reach the Portinho da Arrábida stop. After you disembark, it’s a short walk downhill to the beach area where you can enjoy the stunning views.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in Cascais. Head towards the coastal path that leads to the south. Follow the path along the coastline which will eventually take you to Arrábida. The ride is approximately 13 kilometers and offers beautiful seaside views. Make sure to take the right turns that lead you to the Portinho da Arrábida area.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from the Cascais Marina and follow the coastal path east. It’s a long walk of about 15 kilometers, taking you through stunning landscapes. Keep following the coastline until you reach Portinho da Arrábida. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes and bring water as it can take several hours to walk there.

For a more direct and comfortable option, you can take a taxi from Cascais. Simply call a local taxi service or use a ride-hailing app. The ride to Portinho da Arrábida will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Just provide the driver with the destination, and they will take you directly to the beach area.
