Getting there

Walking

If you're in the center of Cascais, start at the Cascais Train Station. Exit the station and head towards the main road, Avenida Valbom. Turn left and walk along Avenida Valbom until you reach Praça 5 de Outubro. Continue straight for about 5-10 minutes, and you will arrive at Praia, which is located at Praça 5 de Outubro, 2759-444 Cascais. The beach is right by the square, and you can enjoy beautiful views of the coastline.

Public Transport (Bus)

From Cascais, you can take the local bus service. Look for the bus stop near the Cascais Train Station. Take Bus 403 or Bus 414, which will take you towards Estoril. Request to get off at the 'Praia' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards Praça 5 de Outubro, which is just a short 5-minute walk away from the bus stop. The beach is easily accessible from the square.

Bicycle Rental

If you prefer cycling, there are several bike rental shops in Cascais. Rent a bike and head towards the waterfront promenade. Follow the cycle path along the coast, which will lead you to Praça 5 de Outubro. This scenic route is approximately 2 km and should take around 10-15 minutes. Upon reaching the Praça, you'll find Praia right next to the square.
