Walking
If you are in the center of Cascais, start at the Cascais Train Station. Exit the station and head south towards the main road, Avenida Dom Carlos I. Turn right onto Avenida Dom Carlos I and continue walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida da Liberdade. Continue straight until you reach Praia da Foz, which will be located on your left. The walk should take approximately 20-25 minutes.
Bus
From the Cascais Train Station, walk to the nearby bus stop located on Avenida Dom Carlos I. Take the local bus number 403 towards 'Praia das Maçãs'. After a short ride of about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Praia da Foz' stop. The beach will be just a short walk away from the bus stop.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Cascais. From the center of Cascais, head towards Avenida da Liberdade and cycle down the path directed towards the coast. Follow the coastal bike path straight to Praia da Foz. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, and you'll enjoy beautiful views along the way.
