From central Cascais, head to the main bus station located near the Cascais train station. Look for the bus line number 405 that goes to Praia do Guincho. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to have your ticket ready before boarding. Once you arrive at the Praia do Guincho stop, you will find yourself right at the beach entrance.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Cascais. Start from the Cascais Marina and follow the cycling paths that lead towards the Guincho area. The ride is about 7 km and will take you approximately 30-40 minutes. Follow the signs towards Praia do Guincho as you cycle along the scenic coastal route, enjoying beautiful views along the way.
Walking
For those feeling adventurous and fit, you can walk to Praia do Guincho. Start at the Cascais center and head towards the coastal path.
