If you're starting from Cascais town center, head towards the coastline by walking down Avenida Dom Carlos I. Keep the ocean on your left and follow the path that leads you to the promenade. Continue along the promenade until you reach the Tamariz Beach area, which should take about 15-20 minutes on foot.
