Getting there

Walking

If you're starting from Cascais town center, head towards the coastline by walking down Avenida Dom Carlos I. Keep the ocean on your left and follow the path that leads you to the promenade. Continue along the promenade until you reach the Tamariz Beach area, which should take about 15-20 minutes on foot.

Train

From Cascais train station, take the train towards Lisbon (Cascais Line). Get off at the 'Estoril' station, which is only one stop away. Once you exit the station, turn right and walk down Avenida de la República towards the beach. Continue straight until you reach Tamariz Beach, which will be on your left. The total travel time is approximately 10-15 minutes.

Bus

You can take the bus from Cascais to Estoril. Board the bus number 414 or 417 at the Cascais bus station. The journey will take around 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Praia Tamariz' and walk straight down towards the beach. Tamariz Beach should be directly in front of you.
