If you are starting from the Coimbra Train Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Avenida Fernão de Magalhães. Turn left and walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. From there, take the second exit onto Rua de S. Sebastião. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Sofia. Turn right onto Rua da Sofia and proceed until you reach the University of Coimbra. Walk through the university grounds, following the signs towards the Old Cathedral (Sé Velha). After visiting the cathedral, exit the grounds and head towards Rua do Arco Almedina. Continue walking straight until you reach Porta e Torre de Almedina, located at R. do Arco Almedina 7.
