If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Douro Valley and head towards Vila Nova de Gaia. Use the A1 highway towards Porto and then take the exit for A44 towards Vila Nova de Gaia. Continue on A44 until you reach the exit for R. da Praia. Follow R. da Praia until you reach Gate C at R. da Praia 430, which is the location of Opo Boat Tours. Parking may be available nearby, but check for any fees at the parking area.

From any location in Douro Valley, make your way to the nearest train station. Take a train to Porto Campanhã station. From there, transfer to the Porto Metro Line A (the blue line) towards Senhor de Matosinhos. Get off at the Jardim do Morro station. From the station, it is about a 10-minute walk to Opo Boat Tours. Exit the station and head towards R. da Praia, then walk along the river until you reach R. da Praia 430, Gate C.
