From Ericeira, take the bus from the main bus terminal (Terminal Rodoviário de Ericeira) to Mafra. The bus service is provided by Scotturb and runs frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Mafra, walk towards N116; Aldeia Museu José Franco is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. You will need to cross the road and head left along N116 for about 800 meters. Note that bus fare is approximately €2.50.
