If you're driving from central Ericeira, start by heading northeast on Rua de São Sebastião towards Rua da Praça. Continue straight to merge onto the N247 road. Follow the N247 for approximately 7 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the IC1 towards Mafra. After about 2 kilometers, take the exit towards Santo Isidoro. Continue on Avenida da Liberdade, then turn left onto R. da Alpendurada. The Miradouro do Forte de Santa Susana will be on your right at R. da Alpendurada 1, 2640 Santo Isidoro. There is usually free parking available nearby.

Once you arrive in Mafra, transfer to bus line 503 towards Santo Isidoro. After about a 15-minute ride, get off at the stop 'Santo Isidoro - Alpendurada.' From the bus stop, walk along R. da Alpendurada towards the coast, and you will reach Miradouro do Forte de Santa Susana in about 10 minutes.
