Car
From Ericeira, head southeast on the N247 road towards the A21. Continue on the N247 road for about 13 km until you reach the A21 highway. Merge onto the A21 towards Lisbon. After approximately 30 km, take exit 1 toward Lisbon. Keep left at the fork to stay on Av. do Mar, following signs for Centro. Continue on Av. do Mar which will become Av. Infante Dom Henrique. After about 5 km, turn right onto Rua do Alviela. The Museu da Água will be on your right at number 12, 1170-012 Lisboa.

From Ericeira, walk to the local bus station and take the bus to Lisbon (Bus number 450). The ride will take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Lisbon, get off at the Campo de Ourique stop. From there, transfer to tram 28, which will take you towards Martim Moniz. Get off at the Martim Moniz stop and walk to the nearby Avenida Almirante Reis. Turn left onto Avenida Almirante Reis and continue straight until you reach Rua do Alviela. Turn right onto Rua do Alviela; the Museu da Água will be on your right at number 12.
